The Fidelity Services Financial or Business Management Internship offers 18 months of workplace experience for unemployed youth (18-35 years) who have completed an N6 in Financial or Business Management at a TVET College. Open to South African citizens, the program runs across locations in Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal. Candidates must have strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks related to financial or business management
• Support day-to-day operations within the assigned department
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Work on financial reports and business analysis tasks
• Collaborate with teams to improve workflow and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Participate in learning opportunities and on-the-job training

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Financial or Business Management(N6), completed at a TVET College
